Job summary

AHRC NYC in San Francisco is recruiting for one Full-time and one Part-Time Project Coordinator/Workforce Developer to support the employment program operations.

The role focuses on day-to-day program operations, customer service excellence, and collaboration with contract partners and neuro-diverse employees. Experience with disabilities is highly desirable; this role offers meaningful work and potential for growth in the program.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and project coordination experience.
• Experience in special education or with neuro-divergent individuals is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be highly motivated with the ability to take charge.
• WA Driver’s License preferred.
• HR or training experience is a plus.
• Compassion, curiosity, creativity and optimism are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of supported employees, including scheduling and timesheets.
• Provide high-level customer service to contracts and maintain positive relationships to expand contracts.
• Serve as liaison between customers, local partner rehab agency, and AHRC NYC to solve issues.
• Be the “face” of AHRC NYC in the San Francisco region.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and growth.
• Develop and present training materials for contracts and participants.
• Coach staff as needed and ensure site standards.
• Provide on-site support to program staff as needed.
