Job summary

The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a Program Manager – Scholarly Engagement and Post-Baccalaureate Success to support the SASC portfolio. This part-time role focuses on coordinating the Puksta Scholars Program, advising students, and driving engagement through workshops, events, and mentorship opportunities.

You will manage onboarding, communications, and records while collaborating with faculty, research partners, and campus offices to enhance student success and post-baccalaureate

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Experience advising, coaching, and supporting student scholarly engagement.
• Ability to develop and deliver workshops, activities, and events.
• Strong organizational and data-record management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day operations for the Puksta Scholars Program and related portfolio initiatives.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement of scholars.
• Coordinate program calendars, events, and workshops supporting scholarly engagement.
• Serve as operational contact and coordinate communications and referrals.
• Support assessment, records, and program materials for evaluation.
