Job summary

University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) in Colorado Springs seeks a Program Manager for Student Activities and Engagement to lead strategic planning, campus traditions, and student engagement initiatives that support residential, commuter, and nontraditional students.

The role partners across the university, leads outreach and marketing, supervises student staff, and uses assessment data to improve programs. Evening and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience planning and implementing programs and events is required.
• Experience supervising student employees is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term and short-term strategic visioning and planning for student engagement.
• Coordinate campus traditions, educational programs, entertainment events, and community-building initiatives.
• Develop collaborative partnerships across the university and supervise student employees.
• Advance marketing/outreach and assess program outcomes for continuous improvement.
