Job summary

University of Colorado Colorado Springs is seeking a Student Activities and Engagement Program Manager to lead a broad portfolio of engagement opportunities, campus traditions, and student programming.

Reporting to the Director of Student Engagement, the role coordinates programs for residential and commuter students, supervises student staff, collaborates with campus partners, and uses assessment data to drive continuous improvement; evening and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience planning and implementing programs and events is required.
• Must have experience supporting student engagement initiatives.
• Master's degree and higher education experience are preferred.
• Experience supervising student employees is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assess student engagement programs and campus traditions.
• Direct and manage a full calendar of large-scale campus events.
• Develop ongoing weekly programs that engage a broad cross-section of students.
• Lead collaborative campus programming with students, admins, faculty, staff, and the community.
• Supervise student employees and provide leadership development.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and perform related duties.
