University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) seeks an Academic Services Professional to support Extended Studies Academic Outreach | High School Programs. This remote, full-time role handles information delivery, data entry, and program coordination for noncredit and high school initiatives.

The position emphasizes HR, financial liaison duties, and cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth operations and enrollment processes for community and campus programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution of higher education.
• Experience working in a university, college or high school setting is required.
• Detail-oriented data entry experience is required.
• Experience in course/program management in a revenue-generating environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and problem solving for internal and external audiences regarding Extended Studies Academic Outreach programs.
• Manage noncredit and high school program enrollment processes and enrollment instructions.
• Collaborate with campus departments to schedule extended studies courses in CU-SIS and related systems.
• Serve as HR and Financials liaison for Extended Studies Academic Outreach activities.
• Perform procurement tasks and assist with financial entries and journal postings.
