Job summary

University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a part-time Program Manager – Scholarly Engagement and Post-Baccalaureate Success in the Student Academic Success Center. The role supports the Puksta Scholars and McNair programs, coordinating onboarding, advising, workshops, and data management for scholarly engagement and post-baccalaureate prep.

The 20-hour weekly schedule is hybrid with on-site and remote work, and the position involves collaboration with faculty, campus partners, and sponsors to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field required.
• At least 2 years of student-centered experience in advising, tutoring, or work-study supervision.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience with budgeting, record-keeping and event planning.
• Knowledge of TRiO legislation or related education policies or ability to learn quickly.
• Experience facilitating multi-modality workshops for on-campus and online participants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for the Puksta Scholars program and portfolio initiatives.
• Recruitment, onboarding, advising, coaching, and student engagement.
• Plan events, workshops, and calendars for scholarly engagement and post-baccalaureate prep.
• Maintain records, communications, and assessment data.
• Collaborate with faculty, research partners, and campus offices.
