Job summary

University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a Program Manager for Scholarly Engagement and Post-Baccalaureate Success within the Student Academic Success Center (SASC). The role supports Puksta Scholars, coordinates advising, workshops, events, and assessment, and collaborates with faculty mentors and campus partners.

The position is part-time (20 hours/week), hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote), with an annual salary of $28,600 and opportunities to impact student success and post-baccalaureate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
• Minimum of two years of student-centered experience such as advising, tutoring, or work study supervision.
• Minimum of one year of administrative experience with duties in budgeting, record keeping, and event planning.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates day-to-day operations for the Puksta Scholars Program and assigned portfolio initiatives across the academic year service cycle.
• Oversees recruitment and onboarding, and year-round engagement and retention of Puksta Scholars.
• Leads the Puksta Scholars Program plan of operations, including advising support and student success initiatives.
• Coordinates program calendars, events, retreats, meetings, and workshops supporting scholarly engagement and civic learning.
• Maintains accurate student records, participation data, advising documentation, program files, and reports.
• Supports assessment cycles, data collection, organization, and preliminary analysis for program review.
