Douglas County School District's Meadow View Elementary seeks a Substitute - Program Leader - BASE to assist with supervision and activity facilitation across programs. You’ll work under the Director and Assistant Director, fostering positive behavior and community relations while ensuring child safety and engagement.

Requirements include being at least 18, 3 months of related experience or a valid early childhood credential, plus First Aid/CPR certification; district benefits include retirement

Qualifications

• Must have First Aid & CPR Certification.
• Experience with supervising children is preferred.
• OSHA safety training is required.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes positive techniques to support and guide behavior and promote respectful and cooperative interactions among children.
• Ensures safety of children by providing sufficient and appropriate supervision and guidance of children at all times.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Builds healthy relationships with children by actively engaging with them and responding to their needs.
• Plans and implements program activities that support learning, development and a sense of belonging.
