Job summary

Qualifications include being 18+, with 3 months of experience caring for groups of children or an Early Childhood Credential Level I, plus First Aid & CPR.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have ability to work with children.
• Must have completed at least one of the listed qualifications (3 months experience with 4+ children or Early Childhood Credential Level I).

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements program activities that provide children opportunities to learn and develop skills.
• Utilizes positive techniques to support and guide behavior and promote respectful and cooperative interactions among children.
• Ensures safety of children by providing supervision and guidance at all times.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Builds healthy relationships with children by engaging with them and responding to their needs.
