Moonrise Bakery in Seattle, WA is seeking a part-time Production Baker to join our team. You will handle production from start to finish, work closely with the Production Manager to meet daily quotas, and maintain quality across dough preparation, lamination, baking, and finishing.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of professional baking experience, a WA Food Worker Permit, reliable transportation, and the stamina to stand for long shifts while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional baking experience.
• A valid Washington State Food Worker Permit.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Ability to stand for duration of shifts and lift 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality baked goods from start to finish.
• Prepare dough, lamination, bake off, and finishing.
• Maintain a clean production area and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient bakery.
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Strong communication with the team.
