Job Summary: I'm hiring a full-time baker to join my crew. The focus of this position is the overnight bakeoff of our bread and pastries at my new bakery. General bakery prep work such as scaling, mixing, laminating, and shaping of bread and pastries are all part of the necessary skills for this position. We are a true artisan bread bakery in every sense of the word. We bake everything from scratch. No shortcuts!
