Job summary

Eventide Fargo Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join as a part-time team member for PM shifts. Available 2:00 PM–10:30 PM or 4:30 PM–9:00 PM with 8- or 4-hour rotations and weekend/holiday rotations.

The RN will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, document accurately, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure resident well-being and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have an active ND RN License or be able to obtain upon hire.
• Long Term Care experience preferred but not required.
• Assesses residents’ health status through assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates individualized plans of care with physician orders.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status through physical assessments, observations and interviews.
• Plan and implement individualized care plans, update as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor effectiveness.
• Provide direct nursing care per policies and standards.
• Document accurately in residents' records.
• Provide leadership to subordinate staff as needed.
• Ensure adequate staffing and assist in finding replacements.
• Communicate residents’ needs to care staff and physicians.
