Job summary

Eventide Fargo is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift. The role covers 6:00a–6:30p, 72 hours per pay period, with a fixed weekend rotation and holiday schedule. A $2 weekend differential applies to eligible shifts.

The ideal candidate will hold an active ND RN license (or be able to obtain upon hire) and provide high-quality, person-centered care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must have an active ND RN license or be able to obtain upon hire.
• Long Term Care experience preferred but not required.
• RN assesses residents' health status through assessments, observations and interviews.
• Plans, implements and evaluates individualized care plans.
• Administers medications and treatments and monitors for effectiveness.
• Provides direct nursing care per established policies and standards.
• Accurate documentation in residents' records.
• Leads and coordinates staff to meet shift needs.
