Job summary

Eventide Fargo is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to work the Over-Night shift (6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.), with a schedule set for every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation. The compensation includes an overnight shift differential of $5/hour and a weekend differential of $2/hour.

Active ND RN license required; long-term care experience preferred but not required. The RN provides and ensures high-quality care, documents accurately, leads staff, coordinates with physicians, and supports

Qualifications

• Must hold an active ND RN license or be able to obtain upon hire.
• Long Term Care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong assessment and care-planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status through physical assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor effectiveness.
• Provide direct nursing care according to policies and standards.
• Document accurately in residents' records.
• Provide leadership to subordinate staff and ensure staffing needs are met.
• Communicate residents' needs to care staff and coordinate with physicians.
