Job summary

Eventide Fargo is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to work the PM shift (2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.) with a set schedule of every other weekend and a holiday rotation. A $5/hour overnight differential and a $2/hour weekend differential are available.

The RN Charge Nurse provides and ensures high-quality care aligned with federal, state, and local standards and Eventide policies. Ideal candidates hold an active ND RN license (or can obtain on hire), have strong assessment and care-planning

Qualifications

• Active ND RN license or ability to obtain on hire.
• Long Term Care experience preferred but not required.
• Assesses residents' health status through assessments and interviews.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments; monitors effectiveness.
• Provides direct nursing care per policies and standards.
• Maintains accurate documentation in resident records.
• Provides leadership and mentoring to staff on shift.
• Ensures adequate staffing and coordinates replacements as needed.
• Communicates residents' needs to care teams and physicians.
• Keeps skills updated through in-services and trainings.
• Supports residents' and families' education and well-being.
