Job summary

Eventide Fargo Care Center is seeking an LPN to work part-time hours. PM shifts (2 pm-10:30 pm) or (4:30 pm-9 pm) are available with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

The Med Nurse provides and ensures the highest quality nursing care following standards, with documentation in the EMR and adherence to care plans.

Qualifications

• Active ND LPN license or eligibility for licensure on hire.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Ability to assess residents' needs and health status.

Responsibilities

• Provide and administer nursing care per policy and standards.
• Administer medications and monitor effects and safety.
• Document care in the electronic medical record accurately.
• Follow and update plans of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate resident care conferences and communicate with families.
• Assist with orientation and training of new staff.
