Job summary

Eventide Fargo is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the day shift to join our direct care team. The role offers 8- or 12-hour shifts and requires careful assessment, planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary staff.

The ideal candidate holds an active North Dakota RN license, has care-experience in long-term settings, and demonstrates strong leadership, documentation, and patient education skills. Competitive pay and shift differentials apply.

Qualifications

• Must have an active ND RN License or be able to obtain upon hire.
• Long Term Care experience preferred but not required.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates residents' individualized plans of care.
• Administers medications and treatments and monitors effectiveness.
• Provides accurate documentation in residents' records.
• Provides leadership to subordinate staff and ensures tasks are completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents following policies and standards.
• Assess residents' health status through physical assessments and interviews.
• Develop and update care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care activities accurately in resident records.
• Communicate residents' needs to care staff and physicians.
• Assist in staffing and coverage during shifts and rotations.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and health needs.
• Support nursing leadership and participate in ongoing training.
