Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while focusing on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes per company procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
