BioLife Plasma Services in Cedar Falls, IA is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support role. Shifts are 4 to 6 hours per day, 3 or more days per week, with schedules that fit busy lives.

You will greet donors, screen new and returning donors, record vitals, and use our Donor Information System. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and strong customer service, with weekend and holiday coverage expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 5 lbs and occasionally 32 lbs.
• 1+ years in customer-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor needs while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and assist in process improvements.
• Work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
