BioLife Plasma Services in Dubuque is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support to help operate our center. You will greet donors, answer phones, screen donors, record vital signs, and ensure donor safety and center efficiency.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with most shifts lasting 4 to 6 hours. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior customer/patient facing experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors, and take donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and initiate changes to center processes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
