Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is hiring a part-time Donor Screener/Phlebotomy support to join our plasma center team in Dubuque, IA. You will interact with donors, screen donors, take vital signs, and help manage donor charts and compensation.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer-facing work is helpful for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens with glove use.
• 1+ years of customer/patient-facing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors with focus on safety and donor experience.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts, records, and donor compensation coordination.
