Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a part-time donor screener/phlebotomy assistant in Dubuque, IA. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy support, and document donor information and compensation in our information system.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Expect to work with a team focused on safety, quality, and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have customer-facing experience or comfort in patient interaction.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of shifts and lift up to 50 lbs on rare occasions.

Responsibilities

• Screen new and returning donors and record vital signs.
• Perform phlebotomy support and donor charting.
• Maintain donor information and coordinate donor compensation using the system.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and follow company procedures.
