Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Dubuque, IA is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener to support center operations and donor care. The role includes phlebotomy duties and maintaining donor records under the Center Manager's supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and lift light loads.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety and courtesy.
• Screen new and repeat donors, record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and assist with center processes.
• Help identify operational improvements and adapt processes per procedures.
