Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in the USA IA Dubuque area is seeking a dedicated part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist. Most shifts run 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, designed to fit a busy life.

You will greet donors, perform donor screening, record vital signs, and use the Donor Information System to prepare charts and coordinate compensation. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required, with shifts confirmed during interview.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and coordinate compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes per approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
