Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time phlebotomy donor screener to support plasma center operations in Hampton, VA. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and ensure donor safety while providing excellent customer service. The role includes a structured training program and shifts that cover evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors, record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
