Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener and Phlebotomy support in Colonial Heights, VA. You will greet donors, screen new and repeat donors, and document vital signs while ensuring donor safety and center accuracy.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and contribute to daily operations, phlebotomy tasks, and donor compensation, with shifts typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is helpful.
• Ability to communicate clearly with donors and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist donors with check-in and greeting.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain accurate donor charts and records in the information system.
• Coordinate donor compensation and center procedures per SOPs.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
