Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support center operations in Colonial Heights, VA. You will interact with donors, screen eligibility, collect donor data, and ensure safety and quality during scheduled hours.

The role offers paid training and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shift schedules explained early in the interview process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for entire shift; flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors with a focus on safety and service.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
