Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Colonial Heights, VA is seeking a dedicated team member for a part-time role. Shifts are 4–6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, designed to fit a flexible life. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and support plasma center operations with donor screening and phlebotomy.

You will answer phones, greet donors, screen donors, record vital signs, use the Donor Information System, and help with donor compensation. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety and service.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and support center process improvements.
