Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the shift and lift up to 5 lbs., with occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and maintain records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes per procedures.
• Cover a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
