BioLife is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomist in Flint, MI. Most shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with paid training and clear scheduling communication. You report to the Plasma Center Manager and support plasma center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
• Prolonged glove wear due to bloodborne pathogens.
• Experience in customer or patient facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts in the information system and coordinate compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes using approved procedures.
• Support donors across varied shift schedules including weekends and holidays.
