Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Attention to safety and donor records is essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use the Donor Information System to chart donors and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities to improve center processes and follow approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
