Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a part-time donor center support role in Illinois. You will greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening process in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include completing health screenings, answering questions, and maintaining accurate donor data. The position emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and adherence to SOPs and OSHA/HSE policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical or health provider settings.
• Basic math calculations must be performable.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with screening under SOPs, perform health screenings such as BP, pulse, weight, and other checks.
• Educate donors on therapeutic products, appointment systems, fees, center policies, nutrition, and related information.
• Handle donor registrations, answer phones, and escalate issues to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic information system and ensure safety and confidentiality.
• Follow HSE and OSHA policies; maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are available.
• May be cross-trained in other areas and require bilingual skills if needed.
