Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays work availability.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional up to 32–50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts, records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and suggest changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
