Takeda BioLife is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy role at our Towson, MD center. Shifts run about 4–6 hours daily, 3+ days per week, designed to fit your life while helping patients receive life-changing medicines.

You'll greet donors, screen intake, record vital signs, and operate the Donor Information System. The position requires reliability, the ability to lift light loads, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for shift.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift light loads and occasionally heavier items.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts/records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and initiate changes to center processes.
