Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited. in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Plasma Center Screener/Phlebotomist to support BioLife operations. You will greet donors, perform phlebotomy, screen donors, record vitals, and maintain donor charts in the Donor Information System.

Flexibility is key: evenings, weekends, and holidays are required, with shifts typically 4 to 6 hours. You will join a mission-driven team focused on safe, high-quality plasma collection and donor care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to walk/stand for entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on rare occasions.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement center changes per approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
