Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener with phlebotomy duties to support daily center operations. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and engage with donors to ensure safety and quality.

Shifts are typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required. A high school diploma is required, and customer-facing experience is a plus, while flexibility is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs.
• Coordinate donor charts and donor compensation; maintain accurate records.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and initiate changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
