Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Minnesota is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support role. You will greet donors, screen them, and record vital signs to ensure safety during each donation.

Shifts are 4 to 6 hours per day, 3 or more days per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays. The starting wage is $18 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety and comfort.
• Screen new and repeat donors, and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements per approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
