Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Moorhead, MN is hiring a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support. You will greet donors, screen donors, record vital signs, and use the Donor Information System for charts and compensation. Shifts include evenings, weekends and holidays.

A high school diploma is required. You should be able to stand and lift light weights, and be comfortable with bloodborne handling. Prior customer-facing experience helps.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk/stand for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays work.
• Ability to lift light to moderate loads.
• Comfort working in a healthcare environment with bloodborne risks.
• 1+ years customer-facing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Maintain donor charts and process donor compensation using the system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and follow approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
