Job summary

BioLife, located in Waite Park, MN, seeks a part-time Plasma Donor Screener to support center operations. You will greet donors, screen them, and perform phlebotomy to help collect high-quality plasma.

This role offers flexible scheduling (4–6 hours per shift, 3+ days weekly) including evenings, weekends and holidays, with paid training and opportunities to contribute to process improvements while ensuring donor safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements following procedures.
• Work various shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
