Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Able to lift up to 32 lbs. occasionally.
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens with prolonged glove wear.
• 1+ year experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and staff safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement center process changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
