Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a part-time donor screener/phlebotomist to support plasma center operations in Minnesota. The role involves engaging donors, performing phlebotomy, and ensuring safety and quality during every shift.

You will use the Donor Information System to chart donors and record vital signs, with scheduling reflecting evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Comfort with using a donor information system and maintaining charts.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Coordinate donor compensation per procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
• Support varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
