Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1+ year experience in a customer or patient-facing role preferred.
• Ability to wear gloves due to potential bloodborne pathogen exposure.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Work various shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
