Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Loveland, CO is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist/Donor Screener to support plasma center operations. You will perform phlebotomy, donor screening and manage donor records while ensuring safety and quality of care.

The role requires standing for shifts, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and a willingness to work with donors in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand or walk for the shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and handle materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors and focus on donors.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement approved changes.
• Work various shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
