Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Loveland, CO is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with evenings, weekends and holidays required. You will greet donors, record vitals, and support center operations using the Donor Information System.

We provide paid training and a comprehensive benefits program. The starting wage is $19.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow within the bio-pharma environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (with weights listed for specific tasks).
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and suggest improvements per procedures.
• Work varying shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
