Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Loveland, CO is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy assistant to support center operations. You will greet donors, screen for safety, perform vitals, and help with donor compensation across a 4–6 hour shift, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work availability.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs. and 32 lbs. occasionally.
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ years of customer or patient-facing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and maintain donor safety during scheduled hours.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation using the system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays to support donors.
