Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener in Loveland, CO. You will perform phlebotomy and donor screening while providing excellent customer service to donors. The role supports plasma center operations and reports to the Plasma Center Manager.

Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is required. The position emphasizes reliability, safety, and accurate record-keeping, with paid training and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and prepare donor charts; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement approved changes.
