Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Loveland, CO is seeking a part-time donor screener who will also perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, screen new and repeat donors, and record vital signs while ensuring safety and quality.

This role involves working evenings, weekends, and holidays with a 4–6 hour shift schedule across 3+ days per week, and starts with paid, interactive training to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Available for part-time with 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 5 lbs and occasionally 32–50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• Customer facing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors and take/record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Greet donors and ensure donor safety while delivering quality center operations.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
