BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Irving, TX seeks a part-time donor center associate. You will greet donors, answer phones, screen donors, and record vital signs, while ensuring donor and staff safety.

You will participate in a paid training program and support center operations with weekend and holiday shifts, as well as varied daily hours. A high school diploma and ability to stand are required, with prior customer exposure helpful.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on rare occasions and perform physical tasks.
• Experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety and service.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and maintain donor charts/records.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement approved changes.
