Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Temple, TX is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist. The role requires supporting plasma center operations, screening donors, and recording vital signs while ensuring safety.

Shifts are 4–6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, with potential weekend and holiday work. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to walk/stand through shifts; prior customer-facing experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to safety and donor care during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while prioritizing donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the Donor Information System.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement changes per procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
