Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Burleson, TX seeks a part-time phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will screen donors, collect plasma, and record vital signs while delivering high-quality customer service. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and participate in a training program that emphasizes reliability and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Customer or patient-facing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and focus on donors while ensuring safety of donors and team.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain accurate records.
• Identify operational opportunities and suggest process improvements.
• Work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
